My theory on marketing my business is one of spreading my name out in the world in as many places as possible. I believe person-to-person contact is the most effective way to find customers. They meet me, they try my products and hopefully they like both. Then, I provide them excellent customer service so they stay happy, and continue to be my customer. I also use other, more passive methods to publicize my business, too, so maybe some of these ideas will help your business.
Methods I Use To Publicize My Business:
- Mary Kay offers consultants the option to have a web page. I opt for that!
- This blog is certainly one.
- I have a Facebook page that I maintain.
- I am on LinkedIn.
I devote less time to these passive methods since making a connection via a Facebook page is not as powerful as meeting someone in person. Please share any other tips or suggestions you have about getting your business out there!
